I'm seeing this with more frequency in the Leavenworth Chelan County area; customers calling because their insurance carrier has required them to become "firewise" to ensure the area around their house is wildfire resilient. Wildfire resilience is a result of smart thinning and pruning of the trees and shrubs so that when a wildfire arrives, its velocity is diminished so fire crews are able to manage it.
